Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use ScaleVane or its website to create, distribute, automate, or support unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, abuse, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, malicious software, credential theft, deceptive engagement, platform manipulation, or unauthorised access.

2. Platform compliance

Users will be responsible for complying with the terms, policies, permissions, and rate limits of connected social and content platforms.

3. Automated publishing

Users must maintain appropriate authority over connected accounts. Attempts to publish to accounts without permission are prohibited.

4. AI-generated content

Users must review AI output for accuracy, legality, brand suitability, and third-party rights before use or publication.

5. Enforcement

ScaleVane may reject beta applications, suspend access, limit functionality, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when misuse is reasonably suspected.

6. Reporting

Potential abuse may be reported to founder@scalevane.online.
