Request deletion

You may request deletion of information submitted through this website by emailing founder@scalevane.online from the email address associated with your submission.

Information to include

• Your full name
• The email address used for the submission
• Whether the request relates to a beta application, contact enquiry, or future product account
• Any detail needed to locate the record

Verification

We may request reasonable verification before deleting information to prevent unauthorised requests.

Completion

Verified requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to records that must be retained for security, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

Connected platforms

Future users will be able to revoke connected social-platform permissions directly through the relevant platform and, where available, within ScaleVane account settings.
